This collection is the most complete collection of processed diary entries, dialogues, practices, description of the lifestyle and worldview of a person who is considered a Shaman by others. His system of activities is more complex and multifaceted than language practices, which cannot fully describe the breadth of his views and image of the world. During his long life, he mastered numerous unusual practices that allow him to influence the world around him, see it differently and be a member of not only human communities. The shaman has been living alone in the permafrost zone for many years without any social support - he spends most of his time on the deserted coast of the Magadan region, Kamchatka and Chukotka.

At the same time, he is "pathologically healthy", practical and rational, and periodically visits cities in order to master new relationships, practices and tools of a changing society. Many of his reflections and advice are paradoxical, but they often help to change their lives towards greater meaningfulness, humanity, health, organization and material security.
