The first and only lifetime Collection of writings by Joseph Stalin (Dzhugashvili) (1879-1953), the publication of which launched by the Institute of Marx-Engels-Lenin at the Central Committee of the CPSU(b) in 1947, as you know, was interrupted after 13 of the first volume (the work of the period July 1930 - January 1934), and since 1951 in the Soviet years was not renewed.With portrait of the author in the first volume.
