Petr Dmitrievich Boborykin — Russian writer, playwright, journalist, essayist, critic and literary historian, dramatist, memoirist, translator.

 

The present edition is a collection of works by Pyotr Dmitrievich Boborykin rout (1836-1921), Russian writer, playwright, journalist of the second half of XX - beginning of XX century.
The mass use of the word "intelligentsia" in Russian culture began in the 1860s, when the journalist P. D. Boborykin began to use it in mass media. The main works of P. D. Boborykin rout the writer, and I will establish his literary fame, are novels and novels.
Gifted with the ability to work quickly and easily, he wrote in continuation of his literary career of more than 30 novels and novellas; of them drew attention to themselves: "In the way", "the evening Sacrifice", "Solid virtues", "Dealers", "Dr. Cibulka", "In the estate and right", "Themselves", "China town", "new", "On the damage", "Smarter" etc., printed in "notes of the Fatherland", "Business," "the Herald of Europe" "Russian thought" and other magazines, and then for the most part published separately.
All these novels and stories are distinguished living powers of observation and ability to draw from. Often, however, only fourteen years old draws portraits of his St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and foreign friends and, moreover, portraits, characterized as a "protocolecho" external parts that the originals can easily recognize anyone who happened to meet them.
