Vladimir Nikolaevich Chelomey (1914-1984) - one of the founders of Soviet rocket engineering and cosmonautics, an outstanding Soviet scientist in the field of mechanics and control processes, General Designer of cruise and ballistic missile complexes, space systems, stations and apparatuses, was perhaps the most classified Soviet scientist, which imposed a severe taboo on his public life and activities.
