Sergey Malashkin. Collected Works in 3 Volumes. Gift Books in Leather Binding.

This three-volume set is a fundamental collection of prose by the Soviet writer Sergey Malashkin, reflecting the acute social and everyday contradictions of the 1920s era.
The first two volumes are entirely dedicated to his extensive and action-packed novel "The Composition of Evlampy Zavalishin on the People's Commissar and Our Time," which tells the story of the tumultuous events of the Civil War and the New Economic Policy era through the personal notes of the protagonist.
The third volume complements the picture of the time through short prose — "Stories and Tales by the Author," which at the time caused heated discussions in society due to its bold and realistic portrayal of Soviet life.
